Technical questions from HR
HR is not a Dev
What you should remember here is that there is a non-technical person in front of you. They have the answer written on a paper in front of them and everything they want to hear from you is these key words.
So, if you have received a question like: "How to make a database better", do not approach it like it is a technical interview. Just bombard HR with definitions.
Instead of trying to check constraints like "for how many users" or "is it a SQL or NoSQL db" or other things which you have to tell during your technical interview, just rap the definitions:
