Investigate the company

This one is simple, obvious, but important.

Before any interview, switch your AI into deep research mode and investigate what the company actually does.

Find something you can genuinely relate to — or at least something you could realistically be excited about.

HR will 100% ask you about the company. Technical interviews and system design rounds are often based on what the company is building. If they run a payment platform, expect questions about transaction systems. If they do logistics, expect questions about routing and real-time tracking.

Come prepared to sound like you actually want to work there, not like you're just mass-applying to everything with a pulse.
