RabbitMQ and Kafka
When the interviewer starts talking about RabbitMQ and Kafka, you can always pick the one you know better.
Normally, I honestly say something like:
I know the theory and I know the difference between these two, but I know RabbitMQ better, since in my company we use mostly RabbitMQ.
I've never had problems with that. A sane interviewer will just understand you. But this sentence can lead the conversation exactly where you want it to go.
