Treat every interview as training with a bonus.

There are plenty of companies and opportunities out there. Do not fixate on one company and dream that they will be the ones to hire you. The only thing you'll achieve with that mindset is stress and anxiety.

There is always another one.

Approach each interview as a chance to exercise your skills, see what the market actually wants, and just talk about technologies you're excited about. The offer, if it comes, is the bonus. The real value is the reps.
