Trust your gut feeling about the company.

Intuition is your life experience and emotional intelligence combined, trying to signal you that something is off. It's usually right.

If the people interviewing you seem tired, distant, or oddly cold — and it happens more than once — take note. They might be burned out. Ask them directly if they enjoy working at the company. Of course, they'll say yes. But listen with your irrational part, not the rational one. Pay attention to how they say it, not what they say.
