Kubernetes: Part 3, GitOps

By this point, an interviewer can see that you know your way around Kubernetes. You can deploy components to a cluster. If something goes wrong, you can debug it using kubectl knowledge.

This is exactly where I'd steer the conversation toward GitOps.

To be honest, I've rarely been asked about GitOps directly, because not every company embeds GitOps practices. Still, bringing it up on your own shows seniority. It tells the interviewer you don't just understand Kubernetes, you understand the problems that come with running it, and you already have opinions on how to fix them.
